Last week it was snowing and today it is a nice 74 degrees outside. North Carolina summers get way too humid for me, but these coming months before June are simply beautiful. I produce a lot of heat myself (I guess you could call me Prescott) which keeps me warm in the winter but once it gets above 76, it starts to get sweatinducingwarm - so I'm enjoying this weather :)
It's what is usually referred to as convertible weather, so I got a chance to drop the top and enjoy the ride to school infinitely more. Although we're talking about 60% humidity levels, that's still pretty low for NC so I'm happy.
My Spring Break begins tomorrow and I'm driving up to NY first thing Friday morning. I'm making the trip with Derek Wilson and his wife Laura as they have some family in NY and will be driving back with a car procured during the trip. It always helps having more people in the car when making any sort of roadtrip, it makes the time fly by so much faster. Laura and I are on opposite ends of the movie/music spectrum so entertainment will be interesting :)
My beloved Vinney will be meeting up with us in NY, and then after the weekend we'll both head back to New Haven. Her Spring Break is the week after mine so she'll still be in class all week, but at least I get to be with her. It's been entirely too long since I've seen her, and although we talk daily and nightly for hours it's still not the same. Just one more day and several hours of driving and we'll be together again love :)
I've got a couple projects due before I leave so I'm spending this last day tying up lose ends. I've got about 20 minutes left in class (yes I'm blogging in class again) so I'm going to try and catch up on some work. I didn't get a chance to take that run the other day, but maybe I'll have some time tonight.
If it's sunny and warm where you are, enjoy it :)

>Dude that Prescott joke (?) was truly terrible...I was just about to say that, until I saw someone already had. I think it is solidly in the realm of "so bad it's good", however.
As for the weather, that's partly why I'm, moving to california....I would rather it consistently be about 60 degrees than be 30 for 4 months, 90 for 4 months, and 70 for 4.

Just wanted to mention, that weather is great her today. Thanks Anand, I suppose you sent some of it over here :)Cliff - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
just wondering what most of you consider too hot to leave the house/go out and do something. I love the cold too (in shorts if the high if 45+) but the heat rarely stops me.mp - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
Dude that Prescott joke (?) was truly terrible...Nevertheless, I've got to say that your weblog is one of the highlights of this website.

As for things getting hotter...I love hot weather! I have no problem walking around in 90+ degree temperatures (I'm crazy, I know :P)HammerFan - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
The weather in Virginia Beach is similar, and man is it LOVELY! 4-down-60 A/C is the only way to go!tl - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
Well, in two more months, we suckers here in Raleigh will be hating life as we always do. We only get a month or two of weather like this; before long it will be way too hot to leave the house at all....UlricT - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
hah... the weather IS beautiful here, but as my luck would have it, I have a huge exam coming up, and I cannot head out anywhere :(Holger Eilhard - Thursday, March 4, 2004 - link
Hi,anyone else getting a bit frustrated about his weather news? :) We are just having snow, then rain, and sometimes even more of all that here in good (hmm?) ol' germany... Hope it gets a bit warmer (or just a little bit sun *please*) soon, so I can give my dad's SLK a testdrive again :)
So, neither sunny nor warm - but hey, I gotta learn anyway... :-(
