Resolving Fine Lines
For our resolution test, we reset the camera to its default settings and then recorded the image in the highest quality JPG mode with +0.7 EV applied. Manual WB was used. For more information, refer to our Testing Procedures page. Below are 200% crops of the test. Click on a crop to see the full chart.
In both the horizontal and vertical crops above, the S60 retains its line clarity out to about the 13 mark. While the vertical crop shows just a bit better performance, both move to extinction by 15. In short, the S60 showed impressive resolution performance in our test.

Wasn't it the Canon PowerShot A60 :)
